Is there a minimum order spend?
The EU minimum order is 400€.
What is the carriage charge?
- For EU:
=> The value of your carriage is 15% of the amount of your order for the following countries:
Austria, Belgium, Denmark, France, Germany, Italy, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Portugal, Spain
=> The value of the carriage is 20% of the amont of your order for the following countries:
Bulgaria, Croatia, Czech Republic, Finland, Greece, Hungary, Latvia, Lithuania, Poland, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Sweden, Bosnia-Herzegovina, Norway, Switzerland
- For Export orders:
For all other countries not mentioned above, the freight will be quoted once your order has been submitted to us.
Can I buy individual units?
As we are a trade website, there is minimum pack quantity to purchase. The pack quantity is mentioned next to each product.
Is VAT included or excluded?
The price of the product on the website is shown excluding VAT. The VAT is added at the bottom of your basket.
Can I split trade packs and mix designs?
We are afraid that you cannot mix trade packs and mix designs. Our products arrived in our warehouse packed by minimum quantity and we cannot split them without damaging the boxes and packaging.
How long will it take for my order to arrive?
An order shipping to an address in the UK will take approximately 3 working days to arrive.
Orders shipping to the EU can take 6 - 10 days depending on the courier used (we use either DPD or DHL).
I am interested in custom products. How long does it take to create a design?
Here at Yarto, we have an in-house design team who will be able to create a custom design within 7 days once they have been fully briefed with your requirements for a unique product.
Once I have agreed on a design, how long will it take to receive my final product?
Depending on the item, a new bespoke product can take from 4-6 months to develop from first sample to final production, so please bear this is in mind when you are looking to have a bespoke product for a specific date, event or exhibition.
I have received some damaged/missing goods. What should I do?
We are very sorry if you have received some damaged/missing goods. We always do our best to avoid this to happen. But if this is the case, please contact us within the next 7 days of receiving the goods at info@yarto.com.
